Refund / Exchange Policy
If you purchased a product directly from the LYNKtec website or through an
authorized retailer and are unhappy with your purchase, we are glad to offer a
30-day refund as described in this policy.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase, and our support
team will provide you with instructions on how to complete the return process.

A refund will only be issued if the product meets the following requirements:
Item must be in new condition, operational, and in its original packaging,
including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.
You will be responsible for shipping the returned item back to LYNKtec, postage
prepaid. We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information
and insuring the product against loss or damage. Customers outside the United
States are responsible for paying Customs fees, including, but not limited to,
taxes, duties and brokerage.
LYNKtec is not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due
to postal error or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned items
that, at our discretion, have been worn, misused, or damaged.
Upon receiving your return, we will verify the condition of the item, and
process the return for a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the form of the
original payment. At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to
returned merchandise. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual
retailer where the product was purchased.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which
you can request by contacting our support team by calling +1(855) 558-5965, or

PLEASE NOTE: LYNKtec does not control when your specific credit card
company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting
your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge
All sales of customized items are final. Such items are unique and cannot be
resold, and, as such, they may not be returned for refund or exchange under any

Email cancellations must contain the following information: First name, last
name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the
information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact
information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to
canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order
providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
