Refund / Exchange Policy

If you purchased a product directly from the LYNKtec website and are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we offer a 30-day refund as described in this policy. Refunds will only be issued in the form of the original payment. At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be applied to any or all merchandise purchased from our web store. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All other refunds are at the discretion of the individual retailer where the product was purchased.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by contacting Support at either +1.855.558.5965, or via email at: support@lynktec.com.

LYNKtec is not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned items that, at our discretion, have been worn, misused, or damaged. We recommend that you ship products to LYNKtec insured for the full retail value and able to be tracked. Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and brokerage. Once LYNKtec receives your returned product (usually within 7-10 days) you will be issued a refund less the original shipping fees.

PLEASE NOTE: LYNKtec does not control when your specific credit card company processes a charge back transaction. You are responsible for contacting your credit card company if you have questions about the status of the charge back.


All order cancellations should be submitted via email to support@lynktec.com Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event a cancellation was submitted (via email), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
