Return Policy

If you ordered a product on our website and are unsatisfied with your purchase, just send us an email at within 30 days from date of purchase and our Customer Care team will provide you with personalized instructions on how to complete the return process.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please provide the following information so we can process your request:

1. First and Last Name
2. Order Number
3. Place of Purchase (i.e. Lynktec website or Amazon)
4. Reason for Return

Returned product must be in new and unused condition, operational, and inside of the original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product. Returns should be delivered to us within 30 days of your email request.

You will be responsible for shipping product back to us, including any shipping or handling costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information and insuring the product against loss or damage. Customers outside of the United States are responsible for paying Customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.

We are not liable for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error, or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned product that, at our discretion, have been worn, misused, or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will verify the product is in good condition and process your return for a refund. Products that are found to be worn, misused, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment, once the product being returned for a refund has been received at our facility. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for product that was not purchased through our website are at the discretion of the individual retailer where your product was purchased.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not control when your specific credit card company will process a refund transaction. Please contact your credit card company directly with any questions regarding the status of your refund once it has been processed.

All sales for customized product are final. Such product is unique and cannot be resold, and, as such, they may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

This information must be identical to the information submitted on your order, and we may be in contact with you if we have any questions regarding the cancellation of your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request providing your order it has not been charged, processed, or shipped. We will be unable to cancel your order once the package has left our facility.
