+ When will my domestic order ship?

Once your order has been successfully received, it will typically ship within one business day, excluding weekends and holidays, unless otherwise noted at the time your order is placed. We will notify you with a shipment notification email once your order has been processed.

+ What domestic shipping courier do you use?

We currently ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.

+ What are your domestic shipping options?

We are pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service shipping methods including First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express. When applicable, free shipping offers for orders will be sent via First Class Mail. You can always upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express for an additional cost by using the “shipping options” drop down menu at checkout. We recommend upgrading to Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express shipping over the holidays to ensure delivery in a timely manner.

+ Do you ship to APO/AE addresses?

We will gladly ship any of our products to APO/AE addresses. If you need assistance with placing your order, please contact us.

+ What should I do if there was an error on my shipping address?

Please verify that your shipping address has been entered correctly prior to submitting your order, as a shipping label will be created using the exact information you enter at the time your order is placed. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any adjustments to the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, invalid, or incomplete shipping address, we will contact you via email to notify you. We will be glad to re-ship the package to you at an additional shipping cost which will be invoiced via PayPal.

+ Where can I find my order status and tracking information?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email from us which will include the appropriate tracking information for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available on the shipping courier’s website.

+ When will my domestic order arrive?

Delivery times will vary depending on both the shipping method selected and delivery location.

For First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express orders, your tracking number can be found within your shipment notification email.

Transit times for all shipping methods are estimated and can vary slightly depending on the efficiency of the shipping courier.

First Class Mail: 2-8 business days
Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days

+ What if my package has not arrived within the estimated time frame?

Yes, we do ship internationally and we are pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service shipping options.

For international shipments, packages will originate with the United States Postal Service and the package will then be transferred over to your country’s equivalent shipping courier once it has departed the United States.

+ What are your international shipping options?

We are pleased to offer a variety of different United States Postal Service shipping methods including International First Class Mail, International Priority Mail, and International Priority Mail Express.

When applicable, free shipping offers for international orders will be sent via International First Class Mail. You can always upgrade to International Priority Mail or International Priority Mail Express for an additional cost by using the “shipping options” drop down menu at checkout.

+ Will I be charged Customs fees such as taxes and/or duties?

Orders shipping to an address outside of the United States are subject to Customs fees including taxes and/or duties. These fees will vary depending on the policies in your particular country, and we are not responsible for paying Customs fees, taxes, or duties for products shipped to an international destination.

For more specific information, please contact your country’s local Office of Exchange or equivalent shipping courier to the United States Postal Service.
