We hope you love your product, but if you need to return it, we have you covered. With our easy returns center, you can submit your return within 45 days from date of purchase and receive a pre-paid shipping label*.
Please return product in new condition and inside of its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product. We are not responsible for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error, or do not reach us. We will also not accept returned product that, at our discretion, has been worn, misused, or damaged.
Upon receiving your return, we will verify the product is in good condition and process your return for a refund. Products that are found to be worn, misused, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, once the product being returned for a refund has been received at our facility.

When you return a product using a pre-paid shipping label, the return shipping cost of $5.00 USD will be automatically deducted from your refund total and is non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels for our international customers due to the different shipping carriers and currencies used in each country. However, if you are located internationally, you can still take advantage of our 45-day return policy!
