Welcome to the Lynktec web site ("Site"). Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the "Agreement"). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these rules.

This Site is operated by Lynktec and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Lynktec," "we," or "our"). We may from time to time change the rules that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the rules as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Lynktec. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Lynktec. The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents from the Site. 


Service Interruptions

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, interrupt or terminate the availability of the Site, in whole or in part, to you and any other user or person, geographic area or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that interruptions, delays and disruptions of the Site may occur and that Company has no control over third party servers, systems and/or networks which may be utilized in connection with the functioning of the Site. Limitation of Liability

Neither company nor any of our affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers or sponsors, nor our or their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents or other representatives, are responsible or liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of data or lost profits, under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the site and/or materials contained on the site, any linked site or any product or service purchased through the site, any linked site or any product or service purchased through the site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site, materials or any linked site is to stop using the site, materials or linked site, as applicable. The sole and exclusive maximum liability to company for all damages, losses and causes of maximum liability to company for all damages, losses and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence) or otherwise, shall be a maximum of the lesser of twenty U.S. dollars (USD$20.00) or the total cumulative amount paid by you to purchase products from this site.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company, our affiliates, licensors, suppliers, advertisers and sponsors, and our and their directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents and other representatives, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from: (a) our breach of this Agreement, including any violation of the Code of Conduct above; (b) any allegation that any materials you submit to us or transmit to the Site infringe or otherwise violate the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (c) your use of the Site; and/or (d) your use of any products purchased from us through the Site.

All trademarks, service marks and trade name of Lynktec used herein are trademarks of Lynktec, registered in the U.S. and other countries. Other Lynktec product or service names or logos referenced in the Site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of Lynktec or trademarks licensed to Lynktec. The absence of a product or service name or logo from this list does not constitute a waiver of Lynktec’s trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo. All other products and company names mentioned in the Contents or the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners. 


Copyright Statement

All content included on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Lynktec and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Lynktec’s logos, products and service names are exclusively licensed to Lynktec. Except as noted above, any reproduction or use of any of the contents of this Site without the express written consent of Lynktec is prohibited. 


Warranty

At Lynktec, we believe that our products should be of the highest quality and we will work hard to solve any problem that may occur with our product.

We are pleased to offer a one-year limited warranty on any product that has been purchased through our website or an authorized retailer.  Lynktec’s obligation to this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any part on the product that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal usage during the one-year period, or in other ways return the product to working order.  The one-year warranty period will begin on your date of purchase and cannot be extended or reset under any circumstances.

TruGlide Stylus tips and Apex Fine Point Stylus nibs are consumable items which are expected to wear out over time and will require eventual replacement as a result of normal usage, but will be replaced if found to be defective.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, abuse, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as acts of nature. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or modification of the product. This warranty excludes without limitation any scratching or surface damage to any non- Lynktec product, even if packaged or sold with the product.

Lynktec has the right to replace, repair, or in other ways, return the product to normal working order. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.


Making a Warranty Claim

Please check our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page for help or feel free to contact our Customer Care team at support@lynktec.com to make a warranty claim.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a note describing the suspected defect. You will be asked to send the defective product to the address provided for Quality Assurance testing and evaluation before a replacement product can be sent.

You will be responsible for shipping the product back to the address specified by Lynktec’s Customer Care team, including any shipping or handling costs which are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information and insuring the product against loss or damage.  Customers outside of the United States are responsible for paying Customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.

Lynktec reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind (depending on availability). Replacement products will be furnished only on an exchange basis.

Return Policy

We know making online purchases can sometimes be a tricky decision.  You want that cool looking tech gadget, but what if it just doesn’t suit you?  That’s why we introduced our worry-free shopping policy!

We hope you love your product, but if you need to return it, we have you covered.  With our easy returns center, you can submit your return within 45 days from date of purchase and receive a pre-paid shipping label*.

Please return product in new condition and inside of its original packaging, including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.  We are not responsible for products that are damaged, sent improperly, lost due to postal error, or do not reach us.  We will also not accept returned product that, at our discretion, has been worn, misused, or damaged.

Upon receiving your return, we will verify the product is in good condition and process your return for a refund.  Products that are found to be worn, misused, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, once the product being returned for a refund has been received at our facility.

U.S. Orders

If you are located in the United States and need to return a product that was ordered through our website, please visit this link to access our easy returns center.

When you return a product using a pre-paid shipping label, the return shipping cost of $5.00 USD will be automatically deducted from your refund total and is non-refundable.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue pre-paid return labels for our international customers due to the different shipping carriers and currencies used in each country. However, if you are located internationally, you can still take advantage of our 45-day return policy!

Just send us an email to support@lynktec.com and provide the following information so we can process your return request:

1. First and Last Name
2. Order Number
3. Place of Purchase (i.e. Lynktec website or Amazon)
4. Reason for Return

We will provide you with personalized instructions on how to return your product to us for a refund.

You will be responsible for shipping product back to us, including any shipping or handling costs and Customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.  Return shipping costs are non-refundable.  We recommend using a shipping service with proper tracking information and insuring the product against loss or damage.

PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot control when each specific credit card company will process the refund transaction.  If you are wondering when the refund will appear on your account, please contact your credit card company directly.  They will be able to answer any questions regarding the status of your refund once it has been processed through our system.

All sales for customized product are final and may not be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be submitted via email to support@lynktec.com.  Please provide the following information:

1. First and Last Name 
2. Order Number 
3. Email Address

This information must be identical to the information submitted on your order, and we may be in contact with you if we have any questions regarding the cancellation of your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate your request providing the order has not been charged, processed, or shipped.  We will be unable to cancel your order once the package has left our facility.
